A: Every LynnLee Coop is handcrafted by our skilled team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. We do not import or mass-produce our coopsโtheyโre built one at a time with quality materials and care.

Q: Do you accept tax exempt orders?
A: Any customers with Tax Exempt Status may submit a copy of their tax exempt card at the time of their order to have the taxes removed from their order.

Q: What materials are used in your coops?
A: We use premium lumber, kiln-dried cedar siding, black metal roofing, heavy-duty hardware, and 16-gauge black PVC-coated welded wire for predator protection. Each coop is framed and assembled by hand for strength and longevity.

Q: Can I customize the appearance?
A: Yes! You can choose roof color, nesting box lid color, and a stain finish that complements your home or property.
๐ MODELS & SPECIFICATIONS
Q: What are the coop model options?
A: We offer three standard 6' x 12' models:
Raised Floor Coop: Roosting area elevated with a ramp, run space below (4 feet more than the Double Walk-In), and rubber mat for easy cleaning.
Double Walk-In Coop: Two full-size doors for easy access to both run and roost areas.
LongHouse Coop: A spacious single-level design with 2 nesting boxes and full-length roosting bars for those that need to accommodate a larger flock.
Q: What is the actual coop footprint?
A: The actual skid footprint is 72" wide x 142" long (6 feet x 11 feet 8 inches). For base prep, we recommend a minimum pad size of 7' x 13' to allow extra clearance.
๐ DELIVERY, PICKUP & SITE PREPARATION
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! We offer delivery of our Fully Assembled Coops within 350 miles of our manufacturing location in Broken Arrow, OK. The first 50 miles of all deliveries are Free.
Q: How are the coops delivered?
A: Coops are delivered fully assembled using a rollback-style trailer, allowing for smooth unloading directly off the back. Delivery typically takes about 30 minutes.
Q: Can I pick up my coop myself?
A: Yes! Youโre welcome to pick up your coop using your own trailer. We offer forklift loading assistance at our Broken Arrow location. Please ensure your trailer is suited to carry the coopโs size and weight (approx. 1,000โ1,200 lbs).
Q: What are the delivery access requirements?
A: Clear access for a truck and trailer up to 45+ feet long and 11 feet high is required. Please evaluate your property for:
Low-hanging branches, power/phone lines
Tight turns, narrow gates
Ditches or uneven terrain
Minimum 4 feet of clearance around the coop site
At least 50 feet of straight clearance for trailer exit
Important Note: Drivers do not trim trees, remove obstacles, or modify fences/gates. If access is unsafe or unfeasible, the customer must arrange an alternate site or modify the location. Return trips incur the standard $3.75/mile (one way) rate.
Q: Do you provide site prep or anchoring?
A: No, we do not offer these services. However, we recommend a level, compacted baseโgravel with a layer of construction-grade sand is ideal for stability, drainage, and easy cleanup.
Q: What pad size should I prepare?
A: We recommend preparing a minimum 7' x 13' pad to accommodate the coop's actual skid footprint (72" x 139").
