Built for the flock. Designed for the life around it.

A LynnLee Coop is a fully assembled backyard structure designed to make chicken keeping cleaner and easier to live with — while looking like it belongs on your property. Full-height access, thoughtfully selected materials, and construction built around the places ordinary coops create the most frustration.

The Raised Floor now has Dura-Slat poultry flooring.

The Raised Floor features nonporous Dura-Slat poultry flooring that increases airflow and allows waste to pass below the birds — which is the part you feel on a Saturday morning with a rake in your hand.

  • Included with the Raised Floor model only — it's the one model with an elevated coop floor
  • Nonporous surface that resists wear and won't absorb moisture or odor
  • Reached through a half-height steel clean-out door, without crawling in

Its removable rubber mat provides an optional more enclosed surface for colder periods, small or newly introduced birds, or your preferred management routine.

How every LynnLee is built

Built as a lasting part of your property.

Every LynnLee Coop arrives fully assembled, stained, and ready to place. Although each layout serves a different kind of flock, the construction standard remains consistent across the entire lineup.

Each detail is chosen to make daily care easier, strengthen the areas that matter most, and create a structure that looks at home on your property.

Signature welded steel-frame doors

Full-height welded steel frames create rigid, substantial doors designed to resist the sagging, twisting, and alignment problems common to large all-wood doors.

Heavy-duty 16-gauge galvanized welded wire

Black PVC coating over ½″ × ½″ mesh. The galvanized steel itself is 16 gauge before the coating is added, and the welded ½″ grid creates a rigid barrier with small openings that strengthen the coop's enclosed areas.

Pressure-treated frame on integrated 4×4 skidsSupports delivery, keeps the framed structure above direct surface contact, and makes future repositioning possible.
Kiln-dried cedar siding and trimNatural resistance to decay and insects, with kiln drying to improve stability before it becomes part of the coop.

Durable metal roofingA lasting, lower-maintenance roofing surface that sheds precipitation without the wear and loose granules associated with shingles.
Acrylic-backed wire windowNatural daylight and visibility for the coop, with an acrylic backing that helps keep wind and precipitation outside.
Weatherproof composite exterior nesting-box lid with lid hookThe exterior-access lid opens from outside the coop, and the integrated hook holds it in place while you collect eggs.
Run-Chicken Bluetooth automatic coop doorAutomates the flock's daily door routine and lets you configure its operation, so opening and closing isn't a manual trip to the coop.
Solar exterior light at every entry doorA dedicated exterior light where you enter the coop — without trenching electrical service across the yard or connecting the coop to household power.
Four models

Start with how your birds spend the day.

Free-ranging flocks, and yards that already have an extended run, need a stand-alone coop. Flocks that aren't free-ranging need run space attached. That's most of the decision — the build standard is the same either way.

Three stains, no upcharge

Pick the one that matches your house.

Every coop is pre-finished before delivery with Ready Seal® oil-based stain — semi-transparent, so the cedar grain still reads through. It's the one cosmetic choice you make, and it's the one you'll see from the kitchen window for years.

The lightest pigment in the line. It reacts with the cedar's own characteristics, so texture and grain stay fully visible under a warm golden tone.

Do your coops have floors?

Only the Raised Floor includes an elevated coop floor. It features nonporous Dura-Slat poultry flooring that increases airflow and allows waste to pass below the birds. Its removable rubber mat provides an optional more enclosed surface for colder periods, small or newly introduced birds, or your preferred management routine. Dura-Slat flooring is included with the Raised Floor model only. All other models are designed to sit on a prepared base or level ground and use bedding in the coop and run areas — construction-grade sand, hemp, shavings, or whatever you prefer.

Do all LynnLee coops have the same footprint?

Almost all of them, yes — that's one reason the lineup is easy to compare. Standard footprint is 6′ × 11′ overall with roughly 5″ of skid overhang, and the roof peak is 7.5′. The Little Homestead is the exception at 4′ × 6′, and it still keeps the full-height roofline.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Coops are delivered fully assembled and placed using a rollback-style trailer — in most cases the coop slides straight off the back onto your prepared site. Delivery is free within the first 100 miles of Broken Arrow, and anything beyond is calculated automatically at checkout based on mileage.

How should I prepare my base or site?

The simplest option is a level, well-drained spot — many customers set directly on the ground. For the cleanest long-term setup, most families build a level gravel pad with a thin layer of construction-grade sand on top. Not sure about your site? Text us a photo and we'll help.

What kind of access do you need for delivery?

Please plan for a pickup truck plus trailer around 45′ long and up to about 11′ high. Watch for low branches and lines, narrow gates, tight turns, soft ground, and steep transitions.

Are all LynnLee Coops built the same way?

Yes. Every model is built to the same construction standard: kiln-dried cedar siding and trim, a pressure-treated frame on integrated 4×4 skids, signature welded steel-frame doors, heavy-duty 16-gauge galvanized welded wire with black PVC coating and ½″ × ½″ mesh, durable metal roofing, a Run-Chicken Bluetooth automatic coop door, and a weatherproof composite exterior nesting-box lid. Model layouts vary — the build standard does not.

What payment options do you offer?

Three. Pay in Full at checkout with card or ACH. Checkout Financing — choose Shop Pay Installments or Affirm at checkout, if available, to split your total into payments. Or Rent-to-Own through our partner KLC Rentals — fixed monthly ownership options, 36–60 months, with a lower upfront start and no credit check.

Are LynnLee Coops predator-proof?

No structure can be guaranteed 100% predator-proof under all conditions. We build with heavy-duty 16-gauge galvanized welded wire with black PVC coating and ½″ × ½″ mesh, signature welded steel-frame doors, and strong latches, and we recommend routine inspection plus added perimeter protection if you're in a high-predator area.

More than keeping chickens

What begins with a few chickens can change the way home feels.

Fresh eggs collected before breakfast. Children learning where their food comes from. A flock that becomes part of the garden, the seasons, and the rhythm of home. A LynnLee Coop gives that life a practical place to begin — with a structure designed to make the daily care easier, the flock better protected, and the view from your home one you enjoy for years.
