Raised Floor
A full-height walk-in run with an elevated coop above — more usable run space than any other LynnLee model. Houses up to 10–12 chickens when not free-ranging.
Kiln-dried cedar, welded steel doors, a pressure-treated frame on integrated skids. Delivered fully assembled and ready for your flock.
A durable, non-porous slatted floor built to move air, shed waste, and hold up to daily flock life. More airflow in summer, faster cleanout, and a tougher floor underfoot.
The removable rubber mat is still included — lay it over the slats in winter for a softer, insulated floor, or lift it out in warmer months and let the slats do their job.
A LynnLee Coop is a structure, not a kit. Every coop leaves our shop in Broken Arrow with the same components — whether it's the Little Homestead or the Homestead Pro.
Free-ranging flocks, and yards that already have an extended run, need a stand-alone coop. Flocks that aren’t free-ranging need run space attached. That's most of the decision.

A full-height walk-in run with an elevated coop above — more usable run space than any other LynnLee model. Houses up to 10–12 chickens when not free-ranging.
Our largest, highest-capacity full-height coop. A stand-alone coop with no attached run, supporting flocks of 20+ chickens when paired with free-ranging — and the only model with two exterior nesting boxes.
Our classic full-height coop + run combination — a full-height 4' × 6' coop plus a full-height 6' × 7' enclosed run, with walk-in doors to both. Houses up to 8–10 chickens when not free-ranging.
Our standard full-height walk-in coop — a true stand-up interior on a 4′ × 6′ footprint. Roosts up to 14–16 chickens; made for free-ranging or extended-run setups.
Every coop is pre-finished before delivery with premium Ready Seal® oil-based stain — semi-transparent, so the cedar grain still reads through.
Ready Seal® Natural — the lightest pigment. Reacts with the cedar's own characteristics, so texture and grain stay fully visible under a warm golden tone.
A honey-brown pigment that penetrates deeply and settles into the grain for real depth. Pairs naturally with greenery and warm-toned surroundings.
The deepest pigment Ready Seal® offers — bold, dark brown with dramatic contrast, and the cedar grain still reads clearly through it.

Only the Raised Floor includes an elevated coop floor — and it now features Dura-Slat poultry flooring: a durable, non-porous slatted floor that moves air, sheds waste through the slats for faster cleanout, and won't absorb moisture or odor. The removable rubber mat is still included. All other models are designed to sit on a prepared base or level ground and use bedding in the coop and run areas — construction-grade sand, hemp, shavings, or whatever you prefer.
Almost all of them, yes. Standard footprint is 6′ × 11′ overall with roughly 5″ of skid overhang, and the roof peak is 7.5′. The Little Homestead is the exception at 4′ × 6′, and it still keeps the full-height roofline.
Yes. Coops are delivered fully assembled and placed using a rollback-style trailer — in most cases the coop slides straight off the back onto your prepared site. Local delivery is always free, and anything beyond is calculated at checkout based on mileage from our shop.
The simplest option is a level, well-drained spot — many customers set directly on the ground. For the cleanest long-term setup, most families build a level gravel pad with a thin layer of construction-grade sand on top. Not sure about your site? Text us a photo and we'll help.
Please plan for a pickup truck plus trailer around 45′ long and up to about 11′ high. Watch for low branches and lines, narrow gates, tight turns, soft ground, and steep transitions.
Yes. Every model is built to the same construction standard: kiln-dried cedar siding and trim, a pressure-treated frame with integrated 4×4 skids, signature steel-frame doors, heavy-duty 16-gauge black PVC-coated welded wire, durable metal roofing, a Bluetooth Automatic Run-Chicken Door, and a weatherproof composite nesting box lid. Model layouts vary — the build standard does not.

No structure can be guaranteed 100% predator-proof under all conditions. We build with heavy-duty wire, steel-framed doors, and strong latches, and we recommend routine inspection plus added perimeter protection if you're in a high-predator area.
